Errors & Omissions

I wish I could say that everything ever published on this site was and will be 100% accurate, perfectly grammatically correct and always up to date,  but unfortunately I cannot. I’m only human. This blog is written and edited by myself and/or contributing bloggers.  Therefore, from time to time, you may find inaccuracies or out of date information.  Please know that the intention is to always strive for accuracy and up to date news.  The author of this blog, contributing bloggers, the sponsors & anyone associated with Chattanooga Families cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.  Should you find one, please kindly Contact Us and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Paid Advertising & Giveaways

Since the purpose of this site is to highlight businesses and events in the Chattanooga area, I will, from time to time, receive cash advertising & sponsorship.  At times, I may also receive free products, services, travel, event tickets, or other forms of compensation from companies and organizations in exchange for featured posts and/or reviews.  However, please know that this will never change or influence my opinion.  You will always receive honest posts and reviews.  Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.  I love offering giveaways and prizes to Chattanooga Families readers.  Some of these will be purchased and sponsored by me.  Others will be sponsored by businesses.  Individual posts will state if a giveaway is sponsored or not.

Personal Endorsements

Including a business in a Directory Listing or a sidebar Ad, is not a direct and personal endorsement of the business.  I have not personally used every business in the Directory or those that purchase ad space.  If I have had a bad experience with a company I may choose to not include them, but that does not mean I give two-thumbs up to every company listed. The goal of this site is to highlight businesses and events in Chattanooga, TN – the availability of them and praise ones that I personally love.  It is not to provide personal reviews of each.  That will be left up to you.

Comment Policy

I welcome your comments on our blog posts, as long as they are respectful, relevant and civil in tone. I may delete comments I feel are slander, personal attacks or abusive, hateful, offensive, or racist language or material. Any commenter who ignores these policies may be banned permanently and without notice, but I hope I won’t have to do that. I trust we can all be adults in this space.
